1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jli86 ("jli86," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jli86 website located at jli86.net, including all associated services, games, promotions, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jli86 Platform, including but not limited to the jli86 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of jli86 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jli86 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content from jli86 without prior written consent.
• Use the jli86 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by jli86.
• Create derivative works based on any jli86 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data collection tools on the jli86 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jli86's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jli86.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jli86 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the jli86 Platform, shall first be addressed through jli86's internal dispute resolution process:
